I consider myself a resolute, detail-orientated individual with a passion for projects that I believe in. Highly adaptable and pride myself in my communication skills. I have started my role in Rapleys from the 05/01/2026, I hold a Senior Planner role.
In my previous roles I was a Development Management Officer for an East London Borough, in my role I was responsible for independently managing a consistently high and varied caseload of planning applications across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, balancing competing priorities and ensuring all decisions are timely, robust, and aligned with national, regional, and local planning policy. The role required me to deliver a range of professional planning services, including leading pre-application meetings, providing expert advice through the duty planner service, and collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to support coordinated and sustainable development outcomes.
In my previous role prior to the council, I was part of a dynamic team which delivered strategic planning advice to private sector clients, successfully navigating UK planning policies and regulations. As a member of the internal Planning Team, I helped monitor and liaise with stakeholders to guide projects from inception to completion. Managed projects ranging from small-scale residential developments and advertisement consents to large-scale infrastructure projects.
