Claudia Consiglio

Claudia recently joined Rapley’s as a Cost Manager in the Bristol office, with previous experience across educational, residential, commercial and public sectors.

She has supported clients across the RIBA Stages, including the preparation of order of cost estimates and elemental cost plans, assisting with the tender process, and carrying out post-contract duties such as reviewing compensation events, issuing valuation certificates and preparing cost reports.

Claudia confidently supports clients by providing accurate cost advice and carefully managing costs throughout the lifecycle of a project.
