Jack Cawthra

Jack is a results driven Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent with experience across the Industrial, Commercial and Residential sectors of the construction industry.

Jack is a Consultant within our Cost Consultancy and Project Management team, responsible for delivering technical excellence in this area. He specialises in working with businesses to maximise their return on capital investment, contract practice and administration, procurement and tendering, design economics and cost planning and construction related insurances.

Jack has commercially managed complex single and mixed use projects in excess of £200 million and has held key account manager roles for blue chip end-user, developer and fund clients including Amazon, Tesco and London & Regional Properties.
