Jamie Johnson

Jamie is located in the Cambridge office and works within the Commercial Division as an Senior Surveyor. He joined Rapleys in July 2022, is a Member of the Royal Institue of Chartered Surveyors and has a Batchelors degree (with Honours) in Real Estate and Property Management from Leeds Beckett University.

Jamie undertakes agency and professional matters representing both Landlord and Tenant in acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews, lease renewals/ regears, general Landlord & Tenant work and, valuations on properties throughout the UK. He has acted on behalf of some of the leading automotive and roadside operators with notable clients to include Europcar, Topps Tiles, Pendragon, Sytner, Lookers, Kwikfit, Vertu, Lithia, and Cars2.  His particular specialism is within car dealerships, petrol filling stations, workshop premises, drive thru’s and electric vehicle charging.
