Matthew Norrell

Matthew is graduate building surveyor working towards MRICS chartership via the building surveying pathway. He brings hands on experience across a range of professional and project building surveying instructions, having advised both Landlord and Tenant clients across a range of assets. Matthew’s project experience spans working on large-scale technical due diligence, dilapidation settlements, reinstatement cost assessments and contract administration within commercial, industrial, retail and heritage asset classes.
