Sean Moulton

Sean joined the Manchester Planning team as a senior planner in August 2022. He joined with over three years’ experience in the public sector within the London Borough of Ealing.

Sean has experience in the assessment of residential and commercial schemes, negotiating Section 106 Legal Agreements and providing honest and thorough planning advice.

With an understanding of the pressures local planning authorities are under, Sean is proficient in managing planning projects throughout their journey to gaining planning permission.
