Our affordable housing valuation expertise includes advice to Registered Providers on existing stock, Section 106 properties, land and build package acquisitions, disposals, transfer arrangements and portfolio valuations. We also advise developers on completed residential schemes, providing valuation advice to support sales strategies, financial reporting and asset decisions.
