Jake Robertson

Jake joined Rapleys as an Associate in March 2023 after four years with Cushman & Wakefield. He works predominantly within the industrial and logistics, and office markets across London and the South East providing professional landlord & tenant advice to both landlord’s and occupiers, with services including lease re-gears and restructuring, rent reviews and lease renewals and Expert Witness.

Jake has worked with clients such as Boeing, AECOM, Royal Mail and Lavazza, providing strategic landlord & tenant advice to maximise income and capital value, or meet occupational requirements and minimising costs.
