Peter Hayes

Peter is Head of Facilities Management service at Rapleys and is the main point of contact for all FM contracts on behalf of clients. As a highly experienced FM and building services manager, he is responsible for ensuring all systems are maintained and streamlined, introducing new policies, procedures, and systems to ensure full compliance and that our clients receive the best possible service.

Peter has worked for many blue-chip clients introducing new policies and procedures to raise building profiles and achieve outstanding compliance across building services.  Prior to working at Rapleys, he worked for Aston Rose, G4S, Sky Blue Solutions (manager of category A/B prisons), Interserve, Carillion Amey and Babcock International.
