Mike Orr

Mike joined Rapleys in August 2022 as an Equity Partner, having been the founding Director of CSJ Planning Consultants Ltd in 1995. He has over 30 years of experience in the planning system, and a considerable track record in residential, PBSA, BTR and affordable housing sectors.

Mike has broad experience in private practices, as well as large financial and property institutions and local government. He has extensive knowledge in strategic land submissions for housing release and tackling green belt issues.

The specialisms that Mike focuses on are brownfield regeneration, heritage and design to achieve positive changes in sensitive environmental settings.

Clients range from the private, public and voluntary sectors across a wide range of services including applications, appeals, scoping and viability reports, appraisals and enforcement matters.
