Her experience encompasses commercial, hotel, education, residential, and mixed-use schemes.
Heather is a generalist planner, however has predominantly worked in Central London Boroughs, particularly on projects with heritage sensitivities. She has worked on large-scale mixed-use developments and played a vital role in regenerating sites and buildings, enabling clients to maximize the value of their assets. Notably, Heather was a key member of the planning team responsible for the post-approval planning of the Piccadilly Lights Development on behalf of Landsec. This involved providing regular planning advice to accommodate changing market requirements and occupier needs while respecting the heritage constraints of the site.
Throughout her career, Heather has consistently ensured the submission of robust planning applications on behalf of clients. She excels at providing clients with reassurance by diligently monitoring and negotiating planning applications, maintaining regular communication with Local Planning Authorities, and delivering timely updates. Heather’s commitment extends beyond the submission process as she goes above and beyond to secure successful outcomes by negotiating potential planning conditions and restrictions.
