Neil joined Aston Rose in 2012, following his retirement as Partner in charge of the property team at the Central London law firm, Gregory Rowcliffe Milners.
Now part of Rapleys, Neil has extensive experience of both contentious and non-contentious property work, including landlord and tenant matters, property management requirements, dilapidations and breach of covenant complaints as well as other aspects of property law work, having acted for both corporate and private clients. Neil has also been a Deputy County Court District Judge.
Neil now acts as in-house counsel to Rapleys and advises on a variety of property related matters to support and give assistance to all members of the Firm in their professional capacity, as well as conducting training sessions on a variety of legal topics.
