Adam joined Rapleys in 2022 as an experienced Associate, and has spent his career working on behalf of his clients to achieve their development aspirations. Adam has worked extensively cross-sector, gaining much multidisciplinary knowledge. This includes leading on major residential, commercial (business and industrial), education and leisure proposals across the country.
Adam has particular expertise in town and country planning matters spanning urban and rural development feasibility, team creation and co-ordination, planning applications and appeals, planning law, urban design, heritage impact assessments, and local plan submissions. Recent project examples include a prestigious university library, teaching spaces and lecture theatres, sports complexes, major mixed-use housing led developments, city centre hotel schemes, and work on allocated and unallocated urban regeneration sites.
He has experience working for private clients, institutions, charities, and local authorities and he seeks to deliver, at all stages of the project, clear and effective communication with the client and all stakeholders involved.
