Alex joined Rapleys in January 2023 as a Surveyor in the Residential Development Consultancy Team after three and a half years at Montagu Evans.
She has previous experience in alternative use valuations across the South of England and years of private practice in business rates in the context of development advising investors, developers and tenants.
Alex has a good grounding as part of the wider Residential team in providing and supporting clients with bespoke advice on matters regarding affordable housing, development viability and valuation.
Alex is a RICS Registered Valuer, on hand to provide financial viability and affordable housing valuation advice to clients. She supports the preparation of full Financial Viability Assessments to demonstrate the level of affordable housing and other financial contributions a development site can support.
