Alice is a Senior Surveyor in our Birmingham Building Consultancy team, with particular experience in the local authority and education sectors. Her experience includes undertaking schedules of condition, building surveys, planned preventative maintenance schedules, damp and mould surveys and reinstatement cost assessments. She also has experience in acting as contract administrator on projects ranging from £30,000 to over £1 million in value.
Alice attained her APC in 2025.
