Anil is a Project Manager in Rapleys Land Development Project Management team with a strong track record of delivering high-impact infrastructure for large-scale residential developments. He is recognised for a strong work ethic, persistence, and the ability to excel both independently and within collaborative team environments.
Anil is skilled in stakeholder engagement, team coordination, and guiding projects from inception to completion with precision and efficiency, with experience of overseeing the delivery of essential and consortium infrastructure for major residential schemes, playing a key role in the successful planning and execution of transformative projects across the UK. Anil joined Rapleys in 2025 from BrookbanksConsulting where he led the delivery of large-scale residential developments of 1,000+ units, focusing on creating exceptional places and long-term community value. His role was to oversee the end-to-end delivery of both physical and social infrastructure, including the preparation of serviced land parcels for house builder and commercial partners. Responsibilities included managing multidisciplinary project teams across internal and external stakeholders and ensuring clear, consistent communication with clients, partners, and local communities.
Prior to his tenure at Brooksbank, Anil was an Engineer for Bellway Homes East Midlands, where he managed the connection of proposed infrastructure for new Bellway housing developments to the existing network, overseeing roads, sewers, and utilities from pre- construction to completion, working alongside surveyors, buyers, architects, site managers and land agents to ensure infrastructure was built correctly, efficiently and cost-effectively. Responsibilities included liaison with contractors and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule, addressing all RFIs and providing technical support throughout the development process, from initial viability advice to full design packages.
