Archie joined Rapleys in October 2024 as a member of the Property Management team. He joins following completion of a BSc in Human Geography, and an MSc in International Real Estate & Planning at UCL where he achieved a distinction. Working with clients, tenants, local authorities and contractors, Archie specialises in managing industrial and office properties for portfolios located in and around the south of England.

Court of Appeal Dismisses Tesco’s Challenge to Lidl Store Approval
On 9 May 2025, the Court of Appeal dismissed Tesco’s legal challenge against a previous High Court decision regarding Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council’s decision to approve Lidl’s proposed store at Wellington Road North, Heaton Norris, Stockport.
