Campbell Moffat

Campbell joined Rapleys Edinburgh office in late August 2019, having recently worked in the Glasgow office of Colliers International. Prior to Colliers International Campbell worked for Capita, King Sturge (now Jones Lang LaSalle) as well as many years working in the property team for the Royal Mail Group.

Campbell’s position in Rapleys is that of Associate Partner within the Corporate & Investor Management team. Campbell has a vast range of experience within property and property asset management acting for a wide range of institutional/blue chip clients as either investor landlords, owner occupiers, or tenants, primarily within the retail, office, industrial, and residential sectors.

Campbell’s area of expertise is within property management and property asset management, managing substantial service charge budgets, maximising commercial returns, increasing value of investment assets through value added initiatives and minimising the costs of occupation for both landlord and tenant clients.

Campbell is a commercially aware, highly experienced estates/property asset manager (MRICS Chartered Surveyor) with a strong focus on managing property assets to obtain the maximum commercial return for clients.
