Chris Barnett

Since joining Rapleys in 2014 as a Surveyor, Chris has been working on a variety of commercial projects with a focus on condition surveys, project management and negotiating dilapidation claims on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Chris’ areas of expertise lie in the healthcare and rail industries where he has gained vast experience in project management and the preparation of planned preventative maintenance schedules. He has also acquired experience on insurance issues including the provision of reinstatement cost assessments.

Chris’ experience in producing Schedule of Condition surveys offers clients reassurance that they will be in a strong position at the determination of the lease. Chris also has experience in providing strategic advice for clients in relation to dilapidation claims which has brought about significant cost savings.
