Chris Cook

Chris is a Partner and Head of Projects in Rapleys Building Consultancy Group, with over 18 years of experience working across the education, commercial, and residential sectors, gaining a wealth of knowledge through his work with a diverse range of clients, organisations, and institutions. Chris joined Rapleys in December 2024.

Chris is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor specialising in Contract Administration and Project Management.

With extensive experience working in the field of education, value engineering has been a key part of his project management process to ensure value for money within tight budgets. Chris is experienced and successful in collaborating with clients, sub-consultants, and the supply chain to reduce costs and bring projects in on budget.
