Conor joined Rapleys as a Planner in June 2023, based in the London team. He was previously a Planner/Graduate Planner at Stantec, joining their London planning team in October 2018 following successful completion of his MA at the University of Sheffield. Conor became chartered in 2024.
Conor has worked predominantly in development control, working on a number of large to medium scale residential and residential led mixed-use applications. Notable schemes include an array of affordable housing projects in Westminster, working to secure consent and subsequently managing the post-determination work until occupation.
His area of expertise is also focused on written representation residential appeals, listed building consents and leisure applications, and he is experienced in evidence based policy work and DCOs, working with a number of Local Authorities on ELRs and housing supply research and evidence to support their Local Plan.
Conor qualified as a chartered Planner in 2024.
