Debbie Scaife

Debbie is the Finance Director and Head of Central Services at Rapleys, responsible for all financial operations of the partnership. With the assistance of the Operations Board, Debbie is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business.

Debbie has been with the partnership since 1992 and has held several roles within the accounts team, being promoted to Finance Director and Head of Central Services in May 2023.

Throughout this time, Debbie has gained extensive knowledge of the property industry. She is responsible for the onboarding of new mergers and acquisitions, and has also been responsible for the set up and management of property accounting for a number of our clients.
