Duncan Preston

Duncan has had a long and distinguished career in property with 24 years spent at JLL as a director before he joined Aston Rose in 2009. Now part of Rapleys, Duncan provides valuable consultancy advice to our owner, occupier, and lender clients.

Named by Property Week in 2009 as a “valuation guru”, Duncan is a Fellow of the RICS and has held several senior RICS’ positions including GP Divisional President, Chairman of RICS Valuation Faculty and RICS Vice-President. He is an Expert Witness, and an RICS Accredited Mediator.
