Elliot Pascoe

Elliot joined Rapleys in the spring 2022 as a building surveyor in the Building Consultancy team. Elliot’s duties include the undertaking of Schedule of Conditions and Dilapidation Assessments, whilst producing reports and cost appraisals based on his findings. Other duties will be working on various projects whilst working to the eight stages of the RIBS Plan of Work.

Whilst having experience working on small scaled projects, Elliot has detected defects of buildings which in turn have been included in Technical Appraisals for cost budgeting for the client, the next stage of the process is to create a Scope of Works specification document for the client to then send out to tender, ensuring the the client can effectively budget costs for the project.
