Elliott joined the Bristol Planning team in June 2023, prior to which he spent several months with Bellway SW commencing his RTPI accreditation as a graduate planner.
He has experience with gaining Reserved Matters approval for major applications across various local authorities in the south west, and has undertaken work reviewing and detailing S106 agreements.
