Harry joined Rapleys in 2023 from Bruton Street Management where he provided residential property management and development consultancy advice in central London. He now works with the Rapleys Property and Asset Management team where he provides day-to-day client relationship activities and proactive property management for clients at locations across Central, Northern and East of England.
Harry is experienced in service charge management, lease advisory in relation to disputes, queries and obligations and contractor management for residential and commercial landlords.
He became a qualified chartered Surveyor in 2024.
