James is a general practice surveyor who joined Rapleys as an Associate in January 2024. He has extensive experience in strategic land searches, acquisitions, disposals, valuations and development consultancy.
At Rapleys, James works within the Charities Not for Project team in the London Office, providing specialist advice to a wide range of clients across the sector.
