John has overall responsibility for the Property Asset Management team which provides the management of commercial (industrial, office and retail) and residential properties throughout the UK on behalf of private and institutional landlords. This includes the provision of rent collection, service charge management, facilities management, H&S consultancy, management consultancy and vacant property management. Previously at Aston Rose, John joined Rapleys together with the rest of the team in December 2022.
John is a Fellow of the RICS and has been actively involved in the organisation for over 20 years, chairing a number of committees. He is also a member of the Chartered Surveyors’ Company.
