Jonah Carty

Jonah joined the Rapleys Planning Team in Manchester in September 2023. He has a Distinction in both MSci Planning, Regeneration and Development, and in an MA in Urban Design.

Jonah has vast experience working on housing and commercial developments, through to large regeneration projects. At Rapleys Jonah mainly works on retail, transport, healthcare and telecommunications developments.

He is experienced in preparing and submitting Planning Statements, Design and Access Statements, advertisement consent applications, discharge of conditions applications, and variation of condition applications. He also has experience in project managing live applications.

Jonah qualified as a chartered Planner in 2025.
