Karen heads up our Learning & Development and Records Management at Rapleys. Her work aligns with Rapleys ‘People Strategy’ and connects and promotes the learning and development of our staff with the business needs and strategic objectives.
Karen is a L&D professional with 25+ years of experience in developing people at all levels.
Karen’s professional qualifications include being a Fellow of The Institute of Training & Occupational Learning (FiTOL), and a member of the Institute of Leadership (MIoL). Karen is currently undertaking a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development . She has a keen interest in Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) as well as Personality & Behavioural profiling having experience in using both Insights Discovery and Everything DiSC toolkits. She uses her creative flair to build techniques and process from these into her instructor lead internal facilitated training sessions.
Karen project managed the implementation of some of our internal systems. She trains and liaises with a subset of Divisional Champions to ensure the benefits of using our systems are to the benefit of the business and staff, and that management reporting of data is accessible and fit for purpose.
