With 12 years working as a property compliance manager, Lyndsey is a highly experienced property management compliance specialist. Passionate about ensuring safety and compliance in commercial, residential, and industrial environments, she helps colleagues, clients and occupiers navigate the often complicated world of health and safety in property management.
Working alongside commercial property and facilities management teams, Lyndsey brings together skills gained over 18-years to oversee property and portfolio compliance for clients’ service chargeable properties. Running Rapleys’ health and safety database she generates, reviews, and approves key Health and Safety client reports and documentation. Playing a key part in new contract mobilisation, Lyndsey actions site visits and health and safety audits and guides colleagues, clients and occupiers across Health & Safety topics and issues.
