Lynn McNeil

Lynn has over 20 years’ experience as a chartered surveyor and was an ‘original’ member of Aston Rose, joining back in 2001 to head up property management. In 2003, following a move to Cumbria she joined Capita, but in 2015 returned to the Aston Rose team. 

Now part of Rapleys, Lynn is responsible for a wide range of services from drafting service charge budgets for commercial properties and the annual auditing of H&S Compliance at each service charge property to maintaining contractor schedules and assisting with year-end service charge accounts reconciliation
