Mat Shenton

Mat joined Rapleys Living in September 2023 as the Head of New Homes within the residential division. He has over 15 years’ experience within the residential development sector with a particular focus on new homes sales within the London and South-East markets. His experience has covered a multitude of locations and a broad range of clients within the private and public sectors. Mat has also worked on-site with his clients so has a full appreciation of the sales process and importance of the customer journey.

Mat will assist Rapleys clients by driving sales, implementing his best-in-class marketing knowledge and sharing his development sales consultancy advice. He deals with a large variety of clients and works across the UK.
