Sam joined Rapleys in 2024 as a Contracts Manager/Property Manager to ensure that properties are maintained correctly and efficiently. He is involved in the development of properties and land, liaising with architects and relevant professionals to implement development schemes.
Sam brings extensive knowledge of the construction industry, gained from 16 years of on-site experience. He began his career as a general operative and progressed to a site manager role for a development company, overseeing the day-to-day operations of high-end residential new builds and refurbishments for homeowners. This background enables Sam to offer practical advice and alternative solutions to issues, as well as to proactively identify and address potential concerns, thereby saving clients money and keeping tenants satisfied.
