Serena Esses

Serena joined Rapleys in May 2024 as a Senior Surveyor within the Residential Division.

Prior to joining Rapleys, Serena honed her skills during her four-year tenure at Savills, where she gained exposure to various aspects of the industry, rotating across a number of teams including residential valuations, sales & marketing, and land. She also has experience working at Cluttons, where she was a senior surveyor within the residential valuations team. She qualified as a chartered surveyor and registered valuer in May 2023.

Specialising in the residential sector, both private and public, Serena has forged strong relationships with clients and developers, offering tailored advice on matters regarding development viability, marketing strategies, and valuation.
