Tom joined Rapleys in October 2023. He is a surveyor in the Building Consultancy team, located in our Bristol office.
Tom has experience working across a number industries including: residential, commercial, education and diocesan. He has managed refurbishment projects, carried out contract administration duties, undertaken funding applications for educational institutes, carried out defect analysis and is used to complying with statutory requirements ie the CDM regulations.
His experience to date has led to some rewarding work-related accomplishments, such as securing government grants to provide much needed building upgrades to schools, as well as managing and delivering the subsequent works.
