January 2024 – Rapleys has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Visual Identity from the Property, Construction and Facilities Management Sector’ category at the prestigious Transform Awards Europe 2024.
The rebrand was carried out by Industry; an international brand and business consultancy and supported by PR Consultancy Calvermont who helped launch the brand to market in Autumn 2022.
The project was centred around modernising the brand to reflect the ambitions, innovation and growth of Rapleys, with a people and industries focus, reflected in the new creative and messaging.
Justin Tuckwell, Managing Partner at Rapleys, said: “Our rebrand has transformed our business. It has given our employees pride and the client feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. The industry has sat up and taken notice, opening up business opportunities that are transferring into fees.”
Sholto Lindsay-Smith, Founder and Director at Industry, said: “It was a real pleasure to advise the team at Rapleys. Following a strategic review, we uncovered a clear point of differentiation and developed a brand identity that utilises a vibrant colour palette and icon-style graphics that is befitting of a modern, top-tier property consultancy.”

The winners of the Transform Award Europe 2024 will be announced at a gala dinner on Wednesday 17 April, at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, Central London.
