Darren Holdstock

With over 23 years PQE experience and a member of the Dilapidations Association, Darren provides both building surveying and project management services, specialising in commercial offices, industrial, leisure and retail assets for owners, occupiers and investors. He has had the opportunity to work on many different types of building, from the world-renowned Market Hall Covent Garden and Dominion Theatre to, most recently, EO Bristol, a new 200,000 sq ft BREEAM Outstanding state-of-the-art environmentally and socially conscious office building. Darren is experienced in the delivery of more complex ESG projects that including refurbishments, modernisation and re-modelling projects within occupied commercial buildings.
