Job Purpose

Rapleys is currently looking for ambitious, commercial driven and professional people to join our Retail Agency business in London, with several roles currently available. These roles will involve working with both landlords and tenants within the retail market.

Whether you are a surveyor wishing to build your career in the market, or a seasoned practitioner who wishes to have the benefit of assistance and mentoring others, we would be delighted to hear from you.

The successful candidates will ideally be chartered or have a comparable qualification. You will be supported and actively participate in networking events, alongside client and personal development initiatives and programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working across the Retail Agency and our wider Commercial/other teams
• Undertaking a range of advisory and transactional instruction
• Advising clients on best value and routes to market
• Develop a good rapport with clients and the wider agency market
• Good file management skills when dealing with multiple instructions
• To present at client meetings and other platforms and forums.

Personal Specification:

• Chartered (or equivalent suitable qualification)
• Levels from Surveyors through to Partners (for the right individuals)
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Full clean driving licence
• Predominantly commercial retail sector experience.
