Now part of Rapleys, Ed analyses and manages client property portfolios, implementing procedures for their effective management and ensuring that clients understand how their portfolios are performing.
Ed and his team bring a wide range of experience to overseeing the day-to-day management of industrial estates, office blocks and retail parks covering everything from tenant queries, service charge budgets and payments to reconciliations, renewal of leases and debt collection. Ed keeps on top of the latest property market changes and obligations to make sure that clients receive the most up to date advice to keep their properties ahead.
