Ella joined Rapleys in July 2023 with over 5 years of planning experience, having previously worked at Stantec UK Ltd in London, and Brown & Co Planning Ltd in Woking. Ella is currently a licentiate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and became chartered in 2024.
Ella has worked on a wide scope of projects and sectors, including residential, care, office, industrial, transport, heritage, and minerals and waste. Ella’s experience ranges from the preparation and management of planning applications to local plan representations, land promotion documents, drafting public engagement materials, appeals, and undertaking site appraisals.
Ella qualified as a chartered Planner in 2024.
