Rapleys wins Property Agency of the Year award (over 100 employees) at the Property Awards 2025
2nd Jul 2025
Rapleys took home the biggest Agency accolade at this year’s Property Awards, winning ‘Agency of the Year’, beating Knight Frank.
The judges praised Rapleys for putting its people first and driving strategic, sustainable growth, calling it “a fantastic performance from Rapleys in 2024, with an impressive long-term commitment to sustainable growth, EDI and ESG”. They added: “It was an impressive year financially and it’s clear that there is a strong culture.”
Over the last 12 months, Rapleys has enhanced its market-leading People Plan as the property industry’s Employer of Choice, attracted talent at all levels and launched several new services across traditional and alternative sectors. It also won high-profile instructions and secured places across a number of public sector frameworks.
Turnover and profit increased as did staff retention and recruitment whilst two more acquisitions were added to the business across office and retail agency. The business also secured a new West End office, new Cambridge office and launched a team in Cardiff.
The event was attended by Managing Partner Justin Tuckwell who collected the trophy on the night, alongside Simon Harbour, Partner and National Head of Building Surveying, Dan Kent, Partner and Head of Retail, Angus Irvine, Partner and Head of Rapleys Living, Kate Scholes, Head of Operations, Katy Blake, Head of BD and Marketing, Dan Cook, Partner and Head of Automotive, Roadside and Future Fuels, Kathryn McCain and Victoria Bennion, Associate Planners, and Brittany Marsland, Associate in Building Consultancy.
Senior Partner Robert Clarke commented “I’m extremely proud of the business for having won such a prestigious award. It is a true reflection of the hard work of our teams, our people first culture and the growth we have driven, both organically and through our ongoing mergers and acquisition programme.”
