Donna is an experienced housing and property investment professional with over 20 years’ experience across housing, property investment and heritage assets. She joins Rapleys as an Associate Partner in the Housing Consultancy team, bringing a strong technical surveying background, combined with senior leadership in strategic asset management.
Her expertise includes developing and delivering large-scale asset strategies, leading multi-million-pound capital projects from inception to completion, and driving data-led investment planning to improve housing quality, sustainability and long-term value. Donna has a proven track record of using evidence-based analysis to prioritise investment, achieve regulatory compliance and deliver cost-effective solutions. She has shaped long-term asset strategies that meet Decent Homes and HHSRS standards, improve energy efficiency and support Net Zero goals while delivering measurable benefits for residents.
Donna is passionate about customer-focused asset management, ensuring that investment decisions improve residents’ homes and experiences while aligning with clients’ long-term objectives. She offers clients strategic insight, clear communication, and robust planning to help them achieve their housing and sustainability goals.
