Elliott has been a member of our Housing Consultancy team since 2024, based in Birmingham. He has over a decade of specialised social housing sector experience, the majority of which was gained whilst working within public sector organisations.
Elliott’s experience spans the provision of asset management, repair and maintenance and retrofit projects, through which he has developed a knowledge of stock condition surveys, energy assessments, project management, retrofit, building pathology and contract administration. Through his time working within client organisations, he has gained a true understanding of the unique challenges faced in the sector which supports his proactive approach to service delivery.
Elliott is a Retrofit Assessor, Domestic Energy Assessor and holds IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
