Gareth Thomas

Gareth started with Rapleys in 2023, having previously undertaken work for the company as an agency surveyor in 2022.

He has considerable experience in the energy sector having completed a vast number of EPC assessments for different companies, resulting in customers have a better understanding of how they can improve the rating in their homes.

Gareth also has experience in the social housing sector, carrying out surveys for grant eligibility purposes.
