Helen has been at Rapleys for over 24 years with experience across all areas of the business. She is an experienced QHSE & Compliance Manager having gained QHSE experience within the railway industry primarily and then also with the residential housing sector. Helen now heads up our QHSE & Compliance team and covers all matters nationally. She is responsible for all of Rapleys management systems and procedures and records for the BSI accreditations ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO45001. Helen is also a trained internal auditor for the company. She has been the designated health, safety and environmental representative for Rapleys for over 15 years.
Helen acts as Rapleys Compliance Officer in respect of all company policies and procedures and has established strong internal processes and procedures to ensure regulatory requirements are met. She also sits on our GDPR team and is involved with all GDPR/Data Protection matters.
Helen also leads on the money laundering team, supporting the MLRO on all money laundering matters.
