After joining Aston Rose in 2019, qualifying as a Chartered surveyor (MRICS) in 2022, James worked across a variety of agency instructions and within the Property Management team, handling the day-to-day management of more than 30 properties for a wide range of clients. Working closely with the Facilities Management team, he also oversaw H&S compliance across all client portfolios.
Now working in the Rapleys’ team, James continues to manage contractor relationships and budgets for our management clients as well as acting for landlord and tenants, across a range of different instructions around London, primarily in office and retail space. He is also supporting with lease advisory work primarily on rent reviews and lease renewals for our landlord clients.
