James is a Senior Surveyor in the Commercial Agency team, working across a range of asset classes throughout London and the Southwest.
He primarily acts on behalf of landlords, advising on lettings, sales, rent reviews, and lease renewals. His agency experience includes both freehold and leasehold disposals, as well as acquisition work for occupier clients looking to expand or relocate.
He began his career in property management, developing a strong foundation in client service and asset performance. During this time, he worked with notable clients including The Portman Estate, Warehouse REIT, the Ancient Order of Foresters Friendly Society, and Redditch Borough Council.
He joined Aston Rose in 2019, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in November 2022, and became part of Rapleys following its acquisition of Aston Rose later that year.
