Phillip Ankers

Phillip heads up the Project Management & Cost Consultancy teams at Rapleys. He brings over 16 years of experience and knowledge in the real estate and construction markets to each of the projects he is involved with.

Specialising in leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex developments and refurbishments in both the public and private sectors, Phillip has delivered award winning projects on behalf of his clients. With experience delivering projects both in the UK and overseas, his roles have been consistently varied and challenging. 

To complement his development and project management experience, Phillip is also an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor. This equips him with a detailed insight into building design and performance and a ‘cradle-to-grave’ understanding of built assets to provide advice and guidance to clients at all stages of their property’s lifecycles.
