Rob Cragg

Rob started his career in property when he joined Aston Rose in 2008. With both chartered (MRICS) and RICS Registered Valuer status, he has extensive experience in both UK wide, cross-sector investment acquisitions and sales for private individuals, property companies and institutions, and in valuation and professional services for existing and new owners and occupier clients.  

As part of the Commercial team at Rapleys, Rob is focused on providing UK wide valuation and lease advisory services across different asset types, ranging from offices and industrial, to high street retail and retail warehousing. By providing timely, expert advice across rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as a comprehensive range of valuation services, he helps to guide clients, from private individuals to institutions, in their property decision-making.
