Tom Spencer

Tom joined Rapleys in May 2023 as Head of Residential Development Agency. He is a specialist in residential, mixed-use and infrastructure related development, with particular experience of acting for clients in the disposal of brownfield sites, working to best value requirements, as well as for private landowners on strategic site promotion in the Home Counties.

Prior to Rapleys, Tom was with Savills as Director of Development Services. His wealth of experience runs across both the residential and commercial sectors, including as a land buyer for a PLC housebuilder, and general practice and development surveying roles, in both the private and public sectors.

He has acted for clients in the disposal of brownfield sites, working to best value requirements, and for private landowners on strategic site promotion.
